We have our own bespoke in-house technology and IT systems to ensure an exceptional client experience. Every one of our schemes has a dedicated Senior SSAS Administrator and Director allocated to it to maintain our outstanding service levels. No administrator looks after more than fifty schemes to provide the most efficient, accurate and personal service.

Rather than a complex menu of charges, we offer a unique all inclusive single annual admin fee.

Debbie Seaton.

Director

Debbie co-founded SeaBridge SSAS in 2021 with Nathan Bridgeman. Debbie is one of the most respected Head Of Operations in the SSAS profession. She has spent over 30 years leading SSAS companies administration and operations functions.

Debbie is highly skilled in Training, Staff Development and design and Implementation of plans to build business efficiency. Debbie is passionate about empowering staff to be the best they can be.

Debbie is an expert in SSAS Technical and Compliance and a highly valued committee member of the Association of Member Directed Pensions Schemes (AMPS) the professional body for SSAS.

Nathan Bridgeman.

Director

With over 25 years of commercial experience in SSAS and specialist pension solutions, Nathan spent 9 years with Talbot & Muir SIPP & SSAS as a Partner, Director & Co-owner of their trading & trustee companies. Nathan led their growth in this sector through his distribution network of financial advisers, solicitors & accountants.

In his earlier career, Nathan spent over 10 years with James Hay and the Embark Group in pensions administration, graduating to technical, sales, marketing & PR roles. Most recently Nathan spent 3 years as Managing Director of Group Distribution at Embark Group, the largest SSAS provider in the UK.

Nathan is a pension specialist holding the CII G60 Advanced pensions qualification and is a regular commentator in the press on SSAS.

David Beck.

Director

David is an expert in leading and growing all aspects of a business, making it a dynamic and progressive organisation. David possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to create sustainable and profitable relationships both internally and externally. 

David has been hugely successful in bridging the gap between business and technology by working with all stakeholders in understanding the benefits of technology and the IT department to deliver those benefits. David is highly respected for his IT leadership, management, technical skills and project implementation delivery.

Andrew Cunningham.

Head of Systems

Andrew is a highly experienced and successful Head of Systems with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Scrum, Data Analysis, Agile Methodologies and Databases, Andrew is a leading systems analyst, software developer and IT Consultant / Engineer.

Michelle Brennan.

Team Leader

Michelle brings over 20 years of experience in financial services and specialist pension solutions, having worked for independent financial advisers, mortgage brokers, a self invested personal pension provider and small self-administered scheme providers. 

Michelle has an unrivalled track record of delivering outstanding service to advisers and their clients. 

Michelle holds the Certificate in Financial Services Level 3 for the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Outside of work Michelle is no stranger to keeping busy as she is a keen horse rider, an amateur dramatic performer performing in theatre musicals twice a year as well juggling family life with her two young children who keep her regularly on her toes.

Abi Hall.

Team Leader

Abi brings over 20 years experience in the pension profession including highly successful years at leading pension providers, software and technology and pension advice companies. 

Abi prides herself on her organisation, time management and the professional relationship she builds with clients and advisers alike.

Abi is not only passionate about providing outstanding service and outcomes but has supported distribution teams as well as managing administration teams through change including mergers and acquisitions.  Abi has also mapped out, written, and implemented highly successful processes and procedures into smaller independent financial adviser firms whilst supporting a busy distribution team. 

Abi’s life outside of work includes navigating her two daughter’s busy schedules, and brunch followed by the theatre is her favourite way to spend free time.
