Establishment Fee.

A single, all-inclusive fee to set up your new SSAS — covering everything from HMRC registration to initial scheme documentation.

Annual Fee.

One fixed Annual Fee covering all ongoing administration, compliance, trustee duties, and scheme management — for the entire year.

Takeover Fee.

Switching to SeaBridge? A single all-inclusive Takeover Fee covers the full transfer process — no surprises as you make the move.

SSAS For Life

A fee structure designed to move with your scheme.

Not every SSAS requires the same level of administration.

Some schemes are straightforward, with simple investments and lower ongoing complexity. Others develop over time, adding multiple portfolios, property, loanbacks, third-party borrowing or more involved arrangements.

Our SSAS for Life approach means members pay according to the tier their scheme falls into, with the flexibility to move between tiers as their needs change.

So you are not locked into an unnecessarily complex fee structure from day one, and your scheme is not restricted if your requirements evolve.

Tier One

From £1,950 + VAT pa

For straightforward schemes with simple investments.

Includes:

Allowable Assets: Allica Bank (Default Account), Single Investment or Portfolio.

Tier Two

From £2,500 + VAT pa

For schemes with broader investment needs.

Includes:

Allowable Assets: Allica Bank (Default Account), Single Investment or Portfolio, Multiple Investments or Portfolios.

Tier Three

From £3,250 + VAT pa

For Full SSAS arrangements.

Includes:

Allowable Assets: Allica Bank (Default Account), Single Investment or Portfolio, Multiple Investments or Portfolios, Property, Unquoted Share, Loanbacks, 3rd Party Loans and Borrowing.
