If your complaint is not resolved

Visit the Pension Ombudsman website

If a complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, it may be referred to the Pension Ombudsman for formal administration matters.

Please note that the administration of SSASs does not come under the remit of the Financial Ombudsman, as it is not an FCA-regulated activity.
